Katy Mills is the Houston area’s indoor outlet mall: about 1.3 million square feet on one level, 25 miles west of downtown off I-10. Outlet stores such as Nike Factory Store, Coach Outlet and Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store share the mall with off-price stores (Burlington, Marshalls, Ross, Primark), Bass Pro Shops, AMC Theatres and kids’ attractions. Hours

Katy Mills is open seven days a week, with shorter hours on Sunday. AMC, Bass Pro Shops and some restaurants keep their own hours.

Directions & Location

Katy Mills is on I-10 at Pin Oak Road in Katy, about 25 miles west of downtown Houston (allow 30–40 minutes). Take the Pin Oak Road / Katy Mills Boulevard exit.

Parking

Free surface parking surrounds the mall. The building is long, so park at the numbered entrance closest to your first stop; the official mall map shows which entrance is near which store.

Latest Updates at Katy Mills Mall

• November 2025: Primark opened its first Houston-area store at Katy Mills.
• Spring 2026: Slime Faktory (March) and Swarovski (May) opened, and Skechers moved to a larger space (Community Impact).
• Coming soon: Johnston & Murphy is expected this fall, and the official directory lists Toys “R” Us as coming soon (September 2026).

Reviews on Yelp and Tripadvisor mostly praise the deals and the indoor, air-conditioned layout in the Texas heat. The recurring complaints are crowds on weekends and the long walk between the two ends of the mall, so plan your route before you arrive.
